Notable features include an attached 2-car garage, 6-person golf cart with a beach parking permit, guest parking, patios to enjoy morning coffee, beach chairs and towels, yeti coolers for your enjoyment. Our townhome also has a brand new washer and dryer. There are three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating six people. You may want to rent a car if you are planning on going on day trips but often we Uber from Fort Myers or Punta Gorda airports and then walk and golf cart everywhere; 5th Ave, 3rd St, marina, beach, Cambier Park, wellness fitness center, Marcus Daniel, CVS, Wynne’s Grocery, etc. There is so much to do so close to our place and all within a short walk or golf cart ride.
