Beautifully updated 4 bedroom townhouse with large King ensuite masters both up and down, gorgeous views of Folly River and designer touches! Location is ideal - several blocks from the beach (1/4 mile) and all the shopping and dining Folly Beach has to offer!
Choice of three relaxing patios and a variety of amenities: community pool, 4 adult bikes, 2 paddle boards, kayak and fishing from community dock (poles included). We provide a range of beach equipment including 6 towels, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and beach carts to transport it all in.
1st Floor: King Master with ensuite bathroom including JACUZZI tub/separate shower, Enclosed Patio, Kitchen/Dining and Living Room, 1/2 guest bathroom. Living Room contains a brand new queen sofa bed, linen provided. Sofa bed is a great option for kids (but I might not recommend for adults).
2nd: Floor: King Master with ensuite bathroom including Jacuzzi tub/separate shower and attached open patio with lovely seating for two, Queen bedroom, Twin bedroom with trundle, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combination.
Entertainment: WiFi TV (Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime etc) in living room and every bedroom (except kid's room), Wii U with games in the kids' room along with a variety of toys, games, puzzles, and DVD's for those rainy days. Pack N Play with sheets also provided.
Parking: Tandem garage can accommodate 2-3 vehicles with one space in front of garage. The HOA also has parking spaces on site within a few steps.
*Please note there are 17 steps into the unit's 1st floor with the garage on the ground level.
**Word of Caution: We are unable to accommodate animals because our HOA does not allow guests to bring dogs and will fine you $250. Also, our asthmatic son is extremely allergic to all animals including hypoallergenic breeds. Any questions, don't hesitate to reach out, and thank you for your understanding**
