Contemporary design. One bedroom apartment. This privately owned condo is located in the popular southern part of Marco island. Enjoy your coffee or cocktail of choice on your private balcony with unobstructed views of the entire beach.

Our condo is on the ideal floor- not too high- not too low. Just perfect for viewing the beach.
Apartment includes:
Keyless entry. Use a code or your smart phone to enter the unit. Keys are also provided in the unit. I'll mail to you the key to the building.
Bedroom: king sized bed, linens, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, cable, cordless phone, room-darkening curtains, luggage rack, smartphone charger alarm clock with bluetooth speakers.
Full bathroom with tub and shower, fully stocked with towels, make-up removal face towels, hair dryer, flat iron, and curling iron.
Living room and dining room area include great views of the beach. New furnishings, 5 piece dining set, queen sleeper sofa, room darkening curtains for turtle season, and a full screen/flat TV with cable and Fire stick.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, FULL Range/stove, dishwasher, microwave), blender, toaster, Keurig, regular coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and all the essential equipment you need for cooking. I also provide Keurig pods.
Don't want to cook? Head downstairs to the Sunset Grille and enjoy a meal or order out.
- FREE WIFI/CABLE/Fire stick: secure high-speed fiber optic Internet access via WI-FI or cable. Fire stick too!
- Owner's Closet with beach gear- It's just outside the condo door. We offer Tommy Bahama supplies: beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, water toys, kids toys, and tennis rackets. Beach towels are in linen closet.
- Laundry Coin/credit card operated laundry room near the elevators. I provide FREE detergent (Tide Pods and eco friendly detergent FREE of charge).
- Secured Building - The building is secure with keyed entry. The parking garage/lot are gated. Secured elevators with keyed access and secured gate/walkway to the beach.
- Pool/Gym/Tennis Courts- Huge heated pool. Heated spa with jets. Fitness center with a view of the beach. Two tennis courts. We have tennis rackets and balls in the owner's closet.
- Parking: The Apollo Condo Association charges $25 to park for the entire length of your stay. They will issue to you a parking pass to place on your rear view mirror and they will collect a $75 deposit which will be refunded when you return the parking pass. The parking pass has a transponder on it which allows 'in and out' access to the parking garage. Unfortunately, RVs aren't allowed.
- Check in/Check out: Check in is at 4pm. Check out is before 10am. There is a $75 late check out fee.
- Payment: I accept checks and most online payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle. Credit cards too with a 2.5% fee.
- Cancellation: If you cancel 60 days before check-in, you will receive 100% refund. If you cancel 59 days before check-in, you will receive 50% refund, unless I re-rent the unit. If you cancel less than 30 days, there is no refund, unless I re-rent the unit.

-Rent a bike (helmet included) from the Apollo parking garage.
-Water sports on the beach: parasailing, jet skis, etc.
-Take an Eco tour of the 10,000 islands
-Watch the dolphins or go shelling near the south point of the Marco beach.
-Fishing -Shelling (Sand Dollars Beach) -Drive to Everglade city and check out the manatees or alligators.
-Volley ball on the beach in front of the Marriott
-Barbecue at Tigertail beach, rent a kayak or paddle board, or watch the eagles in their nest
