It is directly across from the beach but has its own private beach access and boardwalk. No other condos have this luxury. From the front door to the beach, it's a 3-minute walk. The building is a 4 story complex and you are on the top floor. The bed is king size and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper as well, the unit accommodates 4 people.
There are TV's in the bedroom and living room along with free wireless internet. The unit has a full kitchen with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pot, pans, silverware, and much more. The unit has a slight view of the gulf and has it's own private beach access as stated before. In the unit, you'll have access to beach chairs, a beach cooler, a beach umbrella, and a beach caddy to wheel everything to the beach. From the screened-in lanai you overlook the pool and can see the Gulf. The unit is a non-smoking unit. This unit is available weekly or monthly. We always rent Saturday - Saturday to keep rentals flowing. There are 2 newly installed Pickleball Courts with lights for you to use at no additional cost. The pool is also heated, there is an ice machine next to the pool to fill your coolers and you have your own covered parking spot..
