☆NO WASHER AND DRYER☆
The basement is currently not available for the guest to enter. There are laundromat stores nearby if you are looking to do laundry.
☆PET☆
Dogs are welcome! No cat, please. There is a pet fee of $30 per pet for the entire stay. Please let us know ahead of time. You will be responsible for any damages or waste they make.
☆PEST☆
We try our best to do pest control. But it's in the country, homes of flying and crawling insects like flies, mosquitos, caterpillars, gnats, ants, etc. We have various sprays on the property but be prepared to see many of them around.
☆FIREPIT☆
We have a firepit. But we don't provide charcoal and firewood for liability issues. They are easy to find in grocery stores and gas stations.
☆TRASH☆
Trash pickup day is every Wednesday. If it's during your stay, please help us push the trash bins to the curb on Tuesday and pull them back on Wednesday after emptying them. Otherwise, a dumping fee of $20 will be charged after your stay. Thank you so much for your help.

☆BATHROOM DOOR LOCK☆
The door handle for both bathrooms are old and can't be locked.
