We thoroughly enjoyed two wonderful seasons (2025 and 2026) in this lovely home and working with such a professional and responsive owner. Cheri was always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed assistance.
Our circumstances have changed, or we would absolutely be returning again in 2027.
There is so much to love about Casa Alexa. The photos are only a glimpse of how beautiful and comfortable the home truly is. We especially enjoyed dining at the lanai table or relaxing in the comfortable chairs, with the hot tub nearby and sunny seating areas surrounded by tropical plants.
The master suite is spacious and peaceful, with a very comfortable bed, walk-in shower, and beautiful views of the private backyard. There is even a balcony surrounded by bougainvillea — a perfect spot to enjoy sunsets if you don’t make it to the beach that evening.
The location is excellent — from the friendly neighbors on the cul-de-sac to the wonderful sidewalks throughout the Kings Lake area. It’s very convenient to grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, downtown 5th Avenue, Tin City, and only about 20 minutes to Marco Island.
We truly loved our time here and will miss it.

My husband and I rented Cheri's house last winter, and it was absolutely beautiful with everything we needed. The rooms were stylishly furnished, the mattresses practically new and very comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space.
The open-concept kitchen was fully equipped, and the lanai was stunning, full of vibrant plants and flowers. Outdoor dining was enjoyable rain or shine.
Cheri’s home is beautifully decorated with unique paintings, and she was always available and welcoming. The house is conveniently located near beaches, shopping, and great restaurants.
We loved both the house and Cheri!

The house is filled with eclectic art, and the open layout made it a joy to live in. The beautifully landscaped lanai with a hot tub was our favorite spot for breakfast and birdwatching.
