Looking to be secluded and away from it all? Look no further- Bird Nest Cabin is for healthy, active people. Located in the Quiet Waters area but away from it all by a private hiking path with 80 foot elevation change. Bird's Nest sits near a cliff line and is nestled in a heavily forested setting. Pack light as it is a steep hike up to cabin.
Once there you will find the walk up was worth the effort as you're surrounded by nature with your own private deck with outdoor seating, a cozy fire pit, and a Gas Grill . Inside the cabin is A/C and heat, a small kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, small 2 burner hot plate, microwave, utensils, cups, plates, pots & pans, and a dining area. The living space features a loveseat, TV for DVD's, and a full bathroom with shower. The bedroom is up a steep ladder to the sleeping loft and has a queen bed. Located near Natural Bridge State Park, about half a mile from trails, Hoe Down Island and the swimming pool.
IT IS A 5 MINUTE HIKE STRAIGHT UP ON A PRIVATE TRAIL! Recommended for people confident to make the hike with your luggage/gear/food. Refunds are not offered for stairs being too much. There are lots of cabins offered at Scenic Cabin Rentals. "Two Bedroom Cabins" with few to no steps if this is a concern.
