Located on the oceanfront, the Braemar has tennis courts, an exercise room, game room and an outdoor pool. Our unit is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher and central air. Amenities: Pool, Tennis Courts, Game Room, & Exercise Room. Property Information: This luxury 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is situated in North Ocean City and has excellent views of the ocean. Renovated in 2018 with new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new kitchen, new furniture in every room and custom window treatments. All new bathroom with walk-in shower for 2020. Kitchen includes all high-end stainless-steel Frigidaire Gallery appliances, granite counter tops with tile back splash, and updated kitchen cabinets. Laundry area includes a brand new (2022) stacked washer and dryer. Family Room has a smart TV with access to DirecTV, Netflix, Prime, etc plus there is a Blu-ray player and sound bar. Bedroom has a Roku TV with DirecTV. Family room couch pulls out and has an upgraded queen mattress that inflates. The large, private ocean view balcony also includes a 5 piece bar height furniture set. Unique features include exercise room, elevator, game room, gazebo, outdoor pool, sundeck, outdoor shower, and tennis courts. With so many amenities on-site, you won't have to leave the building. Close to the ocean and many fine restaurants. Condo now features keyless entry. Northside Park, miniature golf, and other family activities are close by. We use a private cleaner that cleans and disinfects property prior to each guests arrival using EPA registered industrial strength disinfectants throughout property and all high touch surfaces. Special Comments: No Smoking In Unit And On Balcony. No Pets. Side Ocean View And View Of Bay. Shower Only, No Tub. Located In The North Building, 5th Floor. A Weekly Non-refundable Building Registration Fee Of $50 In The Form Of A Check Is Required At Check In At The Braemar.
