Summary: I’d say this is one of those you get what you pay for situations but you slowly come to find out you over payed for what you got. Rooms a solid 2/5 you get drain gnats, damaged furniture, peeling wallpaper and kind of thin walls (you don’t hear talking but you hear steps), sheets that come come undone after 5 movements, hallways that smell like cigarettes despite being no smoking, weird smell in room but kind of a lighter odor, TV was tinted blue for whatever reason and subpar breakfast (sausage, cereal, toast or waffles are the options but there seems to be a wait for any of it with the amount of people). The property is near fast food places and a couple restaurants ( Elmer’s 5/5 for breakfast). The parking lot was fine not a whole lot of sketchy characters but still wouldn’t leave windows down or unlocked car. Pool was ok but don’t examine the room it’s in too much because you’ll notice the building neglect. Overall this place needs a huge overhaul in terms of renovation. I will say the Hispanic gal at the front desk was very nice and helpful more so than the older Caucasian lady who seemed mean. If you’re spending 90 bucks go somewhere else unless you really don’t care about your living situation and just want an indoor pool
