We invite you to enjoy a stylish experience at our newly renovated 3-bedroom home centrally located in Richmond, VA! Only a 4 min. drive to VCU college & the Altria Theater. Less than a 10 min. drive to the Fan District, Carytown, Byrd Park Historic District & Maymont! Our home has everything to offer e.g. a fully stocked kitchen, front porch patio, 1.5 baths, living room, dining room, private backyard, ample closet space, colorful décor & more. Ample street parking, Uber & Lyft available here.
After navigating to our lovely home, you'll walk up a few steps at the front entryway - this begins your adventure! We have a couple of chairs and a table for you to drink your morning (or evening) coffee at.
Upon entering the home, you'll find the dining room and living room areas, as well as the stairs leading you to the cozy bedrooms. There's quite the comfy seating and a spacious dining room table that seats six. We welcome you to enjoy the flat screen Smart TV and stream your favorite shows and movies. We also have a few fun card games in the green stacked boxes on the living room table.
Beyond the living room is a half bathroom with a sink and toilet, a laundry room with a washer/dryer. From there, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a K-cup coffee maker and a drip coffee maker. We offer a full-sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, toaster and microwave.
Exiting the kitchen and into the backyard, you'll find the partially (but mainly) fenced in backyard. It is private to each neighboring home on the left and right sides.
Back inside and up the stairway, the first bedroom contains a Queen-sized bed, TV with a Roku stick, dresser and large closet.
Down the hallway, you'll see the full-sized bathroom with the shower/tub combo, sink and toilet. We provide towels, hand towels, wash cloths and a bath mat, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The second bedroom contains a Full-sized bed, TV with a Roku stick and a dresser.
Lastly (but not least), the third bedroom contains another Queen-sized bed, TV with a Roku stick, dresser, chair and another large closet.
All of the beds are equipped with a mattress protector, fitted sheet, top sheet, pillow cases and comforter so rest assured you can get some Zzz's.
Guests have access to the entirety of the home and property, with the exception of the two owner's closets (one downstairs and one upstairs). However, guests are still left with a tremendous amount of storage space between additional closets and dressers!

This city home is centrally located to a ton of cool spots such as the Altria Theater, Virginia Commonwealth University, the Fan District, Carytown, the Byrd Park Court Historic District & Maymont Park - all of which is within walking distance or a short drive. There are multitudes of restaurants and bars located within a 2 to 10 minute drive of the home.
There's an ample amount of street parking in front of and around the house - you can park on either side of the street as there are no dedicated parking spots. You walk, run, drive, Uber, Lyft or get a taxi to explore the surrounding neighborhood!

-Keep all exterior doors/windows shut when air-conditioning/heating is running to help keep house cool/warm.
-Dispose of all trash before departing. Trash bins are located out back behind the fence.
-Only place toilet paper in the toilet.
-Strip used sheets and pillowcases from beds and place them and used towels in the laundry baskets located in the closets.
-Place any used dishes in dishwasher, run and put clean dishes back in cabinets and drawers prior to departure.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and/or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.
