Summary: The room & the amenities, like the indoor pool, were great. But there were times, like at night, & during check out time where no staff was at the front desk. During the evening of my stay, when a front desk staff member finally came out, my husband was met with attitude for just asking where the ice machines were located. Overall, other people interactions were pleasant with the staff, like during our check in process.
