Summary: The hotel itself provided a great stay: the pool was a highlight and the room was very comfortable and well appointed. The room didn't have a microwave and staff brought one up on request. However, the stay was overshadowed by my being charged several times for what amounted to triple the amount owed (6 charges total) and the hotel denying that it had over charged me and claiming that I still owed money. I had to deal with it through my bank, which meant waiting for all the charges to post and then disputing (so I was out $1600 for about a week), The hotel did not respond to my messages about this issue.
