Each room is fully furnished with upscale furnishings and all the necessary accessories for a great stay. The lanai expands the whole back of the house and is filled with cushioned furniture to sit and relax day or night while watching the golfers pass and the sun set over the bodies of water on the course. There is an over sized salt water pool and spa complete with water fall for ambiance. Outdoors the lanai is complete with outdoor grill station with stainless gas grill and gas flat top, also featuring a beverage fridge. All your games and favorite shows can be watched from the pool with the outdoor 65" TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking necessities and beyond with full sets of dishes for serving your entire family. The master suite is oversized with king size adjustable bed and an over sized walk in closet. The attached master bath is spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower, garden tub and separate vanities. The front guest bedroom host a queen size bed, television, dressers and closet. The other guest bedroom features a twin over twin bunkbed and an additional twin bed to comfortably sleep 3.
The neighborhood is great for walking or riding bikes with sidewalks through out the subdivision and even up the street. You are only a quick drive from the famous Ellenton Outlet Malls and multiple restaurants and bars. The great beaches of St.Pete/Clearwater, Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island are only a short 30 minute drive making it easy to pick a new beach to visit everyday.
