Centrally located in the Heart of Oregon's famous Wine Country, this home offers the very essence and beauty of life in Oregon . It is about a 15 minute drive into downtown Salem as well as to the Oregon gardens of historic Silverton. This fully landscaped 2 acre property features multiple fountains, over 1100 sqft of covered and heated outdoor living with TV and gas fire pit. Inside you'll find a spacious chefs kitchen, perfect for gathering. Open the Pinot, it's time to unwind!
As you drive through the front gate you will enter into what many people describe as a beautiful park-like setting. The master bedroom has a king bed and is upstairs. There are two more bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and a shared full bath. The main level has the fourth bedroom, also with a queen bed, a half bath, a dining area, kitchen, family room and breakfast nook, as well as the covered outdoor living.
We want our guests to enjoy the property. If it's ripe pick it! We have pears, apples, plums, peaches, blackberries, grapes and blueberries in season. You'll be staying in the main home. The areas we ask you to avoid are the guest home and guest patio, the locked garages, locked closets, and the locked garden shed. We do have a couple trailers on the property as well that are off limits.
