Stylish & chic and close to the beach!
A little over a mile to Vanderbilt Beach & steps to Mercato, with restaurants, nightlife & high-end shopping. There are no neighbors behind the yard, so there’s plenty of serenity and quiet while smack dab in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is safe & well shaded, with gorgeous trees everywhere. You’ll feel like you’re staying at a botanical garden! The neighbors and locals are friendly & you can get to most places on foot. I’m also leaving two bikes for you to use & enjoy.
This is the most extensive floor plan in highly desired Pelican Ridge at 1785 sq feet, so there is plenty of room for a family or even two, as there are 2 Master BRs & two sets of bunk beds. The yard is completely fenced and large. It’s also beautifully furnished with top-of-the-line teak furniture and tons of seating. You can watch the sunset outside while enjoying an iced tea or a glass of wine.
The space itself is gorgeous with modern/coastal décor & furnishings. The cathedral ceilings are so pretty & relaxing to look up at. There are two master bedrooms, one upstairs & one downstairs, that open to the patio/ yard. Both have walk-in closets with newish, contemporary furnishings. The downstairs has a soft Joybird couch that opens to a comfy queen bed for more sleep space. There are lovely blackout curtains in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen & bathrooms are stocked with every imaginable item; pots, pans, cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, plenty of new towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, sunblock, etc. The heated community pool is steps away, and a one-car garage keeps your vehicle out of the sun. In the garage, you'll also find a stand-up paddle board, blow-up rafts, and noodles for playing in the Gulf of Mexico. I want to make your stay as comfortable & stressless as possible. The place will be sparkling clean for you without a detail missed & I’m just a phone call away if you need anything.
One final important thing - According to 2023's US World and World Report, Naples is the #1 "safest city in America." You'll find that there is an HOA in most places here, not just with this townhome. This exists with even single-family homes, in addition to condos. Naples stays safe with the HOAs, and although it's a bit of a pesty extra step, we'll need for renters to complete the paperwork and be approved. Also, although I have a dog and LOVE dogs, they do not allow dogs for renters. There is a $450 fee for the application process.
