THE SPACE
The firepit is what people remember. Inside, the living room seats everyone at once — a deep sectional and a second sofa angled at a wall-mounted TV, under a vaulted ceiling with windows on two sides. It is light, open and genuinely big, which is the whole point: nobody ends up perched on a kitchen chair. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living space with island seating — full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, toaster, blender, kettle, cooking basics and dishes for the whole group, with a dining table as well as the island. Both bathrooms have double vanities — four sinks across the house, which is what eight people getting ready at the same time actually need. The master bath is ensuite with a glass-door tile shower; the second has a full bathtub. Everything is on one level with no stairs, with central air, ceiling fans, fresh linens, a washer and dryer, and room-darkening shades. Families are covered too: a pack 'n play, children's books and toys, kids' dinnerware and board games. Out back, an enclosed yard with a patio, table and chairs, the firepit and a BBQ grill.
