Venetian Bay Villages is an upscale, family-friendly, gated & luxurious resort community – developed for a vacation lifestyle. The community is only seven miles from the entrance to Disney World and conveniently located to all of Florida’s most popular attractions! (Parks, Shopping, Oulet Mall, Golf, Circo du Soleil, Amway Centre, Church Station, and more). There are many beaches on both the east and There are many beaches on both the east and west coast, the nearest is only 1 hour away. You can visit Kennedy Space Center is well worth the trip).The spacious clubhouse at Venetian Bay, provides the guests with a sundry shop, billiard and ping-pong tables, a complete fitness center and a wonderful entertainment area with computer facilities including internet connections and a business library. For the more active the recreation centre provides a basketball court, tennis court and volleyball court. For the children, there is a wonderful children's Play Park. And for the families there are wonderful Picnic areas set into the landscaped gardens. There is even a lake with a dramatic water feature. There was a great 24hs Walmart nearby that we went to a lot. Also Target & Publix were nearby, Ross, Burlington
Our beautiful and two-storied 4 bedroom & 3 bath townhome in a desired locale on a courtyard just a minute walk to the clubhouse and main pool. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home and five cable TVs (1 in each bedroom, and living room), WiFi and free long distance phone for US and Canada, New large capacity front loading washer and dryer, french doors from living room leading to patio. Entire first floor is handicap accessible, and the 1st floor bathroom has a full tub. impeccably maintained and in permanent upgrade.
