Summary: I made reservations in sept 202t. All was good. I called on Wednesday to let the front desk staff, know i would not be there til fri afternoon. Just didnt want to worry. The lady i spoke to on Wednesday assured me that i had ore-paid and my room would be ready fri. Well, i get there, they canceled my reservation. No notice no nothing. Invluding no room. Charged me for 1 night, and still dont have refund. I had to go find another hotel, which was double what i could have stayed at HI for. Hoping to get all my $$ back. I always try to stay with hokiday in express. This may change my whole outlook. bjm
