Summary: The room and staff were nice. The property was beautiful. The lazy river and kids pool were a highlight for us. The main issues we had were: -Despite calling ahead and being told that a crib would be in our room when we arrived, we did not get one. Not only that, but we had a room that clearly had been smoked in. We were able to get a new room with a crib, but that whole process took a long time and a lot of effort with a screaming baby. -The main children’s amenities were closed. This was not advertised or disclosed. Had we known this we wouldn’t have stayed here. -This is a timeshare property, so be prepared to receive a hard sell to attend the presentation repeatedly during your stay. Not a huge deal, but it really takes the steam out of your vacation.
