The home features 12' foot ceilings, hardwood floors, ceiling fans as well as spectacular views of the sound and the marsh. This is truly a vacation destination your family will want to return to year after year to create those special memories.
On the main floor is a large great room with a gourmet kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features granite countertops, a French Door refrigerator, and a 24-bottle wine cooler. There is also a four-burner gas stove with wall oven and microwave. The large island is equipped with an over-sized sink and counter seating for four while the dining table seats six comfortably for group dinners. The living area features a ribbon fireplace and a 48" HDTV where the family can gather for movies after a day spent at the beach. This room is perfect for entertaining friends and family! The lanai off the main floor offers plenty of seating as well as room to dine in order to take in the view of the water and enjoy the evening sunset while grilling the catch of the day or a steak.
On one side of the great room is the master bedroom which has spectacular views of the sound with french doors leading to the lanai. There is a king-sized bed and a 32 " TV and an en-suite bath complete with soaking tub, two separate sinks, and an over-sized walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the house there are two additional bedrooms and a family room. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well and is located next to a hall bath with tub. The family room features a comfortable sectional with seating for 6-8, a 42" TV, a wall of glass facing the sound, and French doors leading to the lanai. This is a great over-flow room and provides a separate area for movies or just relaxing.
On the first level, there is a 14X28' swimming pool with a sun-shelf and lounge chairs for relaxing and a swim-up area for your tropical drinks!
