Please be aware that hosting parties, events, or gatherings of any kind is strictly prohibited on our premises. This policy is in place to maintain a serene environment, prevent disruptions to our neighbors, and protect our property. ★ PARKING ★
Due to local regulations and the limited parking space available, we kindly request that no more than six cars be parked on the property during your stay. Any additional vehicles are subject to towing at the owner's expense.

Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. However, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
★ SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE ★
We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, repair work that may need access to home or yard. ** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution.
