Grill, patio furniture are for your enjoyment! We do share this home with other bugs and mosquitoes for certain parts of the year. We provide a citronella candle to mitigate this but highly recommend bug spray!

Neighborhood is located directly in between I-95 and The Turnpike for easy access to both.
Other Things to Note:
- NO SMOKING inside the home. Smoking in the home will incur a $500 fine + $150 for additional cleaning + additional fines for any damages.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LARGE GATHERINGS of any kind allowed inside the home or on the property. Violation of this rule will be reported to Airbnb, will incur a $1,000 fine, an automatic termination of your reservation, and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
- Please respect the Neighbors and be mindful of your noise levels at all times. The home is in a residential area and quiet hours are in place between 10:00 PM
- 9:00 AM. Any fines related to noise will be passed onto the guest.
