Summary: When i checked in the person at the desk acted annoyed that i rang the bell. The room ended up being more than what it was said to be on the website. When i got in the room it was freezing, i had to have the heat cranked all the way to keep it warm in the room. The floor was dirty. No microwave or fridge. No remote for the tv, i had to go to the desk and ask for one and was looked at like i was annoying him again. There was a dog barking in the hall in the early morning.
