Nestled on the picturesque shores of Indian Lake in Manistique, this brand-new Lake House promises to be the perfect setting for your next vacation. Designed with comfort and beauty in mind, the spacious open floor plan showcases breathtaking lake views—especially the unforgettable sunsets that make this one of Michigan’s most scenic spots. The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The master suite includes a king-size bed, a private bathroom with two sinks, and stunning lake views. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third is perfect for kids or extra guests with two twin bunk beds. The second bathroom includes a large shower and generous space for everyone. The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, framed by a full wall of windows and a sliding glass door that brings the lake right into your living space. Enjoy brand-new kitchen appliances and a spacious island ideal for gathering. The dining table seats six comfortably, with room for up to eight. The living room is thoughtfully organized into two distinct areas: an entertainment space and a lounge area with calming lake views. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Step outside to enjoy the true magic of lake life. The patio is furnished for relaxation, and the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs invites you to savor sunsets, roast s’mores, and share stories under the stars.

• Trash: Please refer to ‘House Rules’ for trash disposal during stay and upon departure
• There is no dock. There is ample lake access with a mix of sand, rocks, and plenty of waves
• There are no lifeguards or life jackets provided
• No ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles allowed to be driven on the property/grass.
• Sunset Beach is a PRIVATE road – please be respectful and drive at a low speed
• *Damage and Incidentals: You will be responsible to pay for any damage &/or theft to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay; Additional charges for non-compliance to the no smoking/drug/pet rules and exceeding the maximum guest # (per person).
