You and your family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home The pool has a deep end and is resort like with lounge chairs, dining and a conversation area. Sleeps six comfortably, but will allow 8. 3 bedrooms. Plenty of living space. Large yard and pool. Beds sleep 6 and there is a twin memory foam mattress that can be used for 1 extra guest. Also, couches can be used. One bathroom The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Use the washer/dryer anytime. There are 2 main living rooms and a poker table for your enjoyment. Hang out in the beautiful back yard Oasis. There is a TV on a rolling stand, feel free to move it to the patio .
Video and Audio: A camera is located ONLY at the exterior front of the house for security purposes. There is a camera facing the roof in the backyard and is not used for surveillance, to protect your privacy. The Backyard camera is only used for audio and no visual. This is for the purpose of enforcing the quiet hour rules and city ordinances.
Quiet hours (Strict policy) NO loud music, swimming, hanging out and being loud or outside noise from 10pm to 8am. This policy is strict and removal from rental can happen.
Parking Do not use the carport on the side where the double gates are. Be courteous and follow quiet times rules.
Check-In/Check-Out. Use your assigned code for lock box on front of house house bib. Leave key in lockbox.
Pets No pets are allowed on the premises. Should a pet be reported to have been on the premises, there will be a charge of $400.00 unless otherwise discussed. Pets and service animals must not be at home alone at any time. There will be a charge of $400 for leaving pets or service animals alone during your stay.
Air Conditioning and Heating. Please set thermostat to whatever you would like to set it at.
Pool light and umbrellas Light switch is behind the wall where the pool pump is. The Umbrella light is near the top of the pole. NOTE: pool like is currently not in working order.
Rolling tv on wheels. Use it on the patio or in any room. Located in the last bedroom down the hall.
Board Games. Games are in the poker room in the sideboard cabinet.
Occupancy Max 6 people for overnight stays, unless approved and paid for. You will be charged an additional $200 per person, per night when no approval was given.
Remotes are in the room where the TVs are located. Lights/fans remotes are in each room.
Towels, Swim Towels and Lounge Covers Swim towels ( striped colors) and Lounge covers (black and white striped) are in the linen closet along with the bath towels. At check-out, please leave sheets and towels in a pile on the floor.
Trash cans are to the left of the refrigerator in the lower cupboard. Place it in the garbage container just outside the front gate to the East. If there is not room in the garbage container, please leave it next to the container.
West side gate USE only the WEST gate for backyard entry or the interior door to patio. The outdoor gate code is C 0513. DO NOT USE THE GATE to the EAST for a backyard entry.
Please NOTE: As stated on my listing, there is a tenant in the Mother-In-Law Suite attached to the East of the home. The tenant will not be using any portion of the home, yard, or pool. Tenant is gone 2 to 3 weeks of each month.
