CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in is between 4pm - 10pm.
- Early check in is available for an additional fee.
- Check-out is 11am. Late check-outs need to be pre-approved. An hourly rate of $50 may apply.
POOL & SPA:
- Spa heating (100 degrees) is complimentary.
- To heat the pool, the fee is $60/day with a minimum of 2 days. The pool temperature is set at 88 degrees from 9am-4pm.
- Heating must be paid for in advance as it takes several hours for the pool to heat up.

**PLEASE NOTE: We do charge $500 refundable deposit for any guests who do not have reservations or who have under a 4.0 star rating. This will be returned to you after your stay assuming there are no damages or broken rules.
POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you'd like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee (schedule below). If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.

-Once paid, pool heat needs to be pre-heated 24 hours before your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night
CHILDREN:
- Suitable for children under 2 that are closely monitored (not baby-proofed)
- Pool is SHALLOW with a maximum depth of 3.5 ft.
- Be aware that there is NO GATE between the pool & the house.
- There are door alarms on all doors going out to the pool. They can be turned off manually.
- Children must be supervised at all times when in the pool/spa.
PETS:
- We are a dog-friendly listing. We allow up to 2 dogs for $175 for the stay.
- Please inform us if you will be bringing your dog. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 charge and possible eviction without refunds.
REFUNDS:
- In this time of travel uncertainty, please protect yourself with travel insurance if losing your reservation would be a financial hardship for you.
Guest access
- Easy to drive or bike around. You may park a MAXIMUM of 3 cars in the garage & driveway at all times. Please avoid parking in the street overnight.
- The house is 2.8 miles from the Palm Springs airport so you will hear airplanes fly overhead.
DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
