Summary: We stayed in this unit for the month of February. It was a very nice condo with new living room furniture and flooring. The condo property itself is very well kept up and clean, the location is right across the road from the beach. Although you can’t get to the beach without walking, biking or parking at least a mile away. Parking is always an issue. Residents beach is literally across the road but you have to be a resident of Marco Island to get in, very selective and annoying. There are only 3 beach accesses in about a 3 mile stretch of beach with no chairs/umbrellas and NO restrooms. The beach is beautiful once you can get in! This unit is VERY small with only 540 sq. ft. The VRBO ad says it’s for 4 people with a fold out bed in the living room which is NOT true. We had guests for a week and Luckily I brought a nice aero bed or we would have no extra sleeping room. Also, you have to go in the bedroom to get in the only bathroom, very poor design. So ultimately nice condo, very nice people, nice landscaping but very small and really only set up for 2 people. Marco Island is a beautiful, clean, safe, island-restaurants are great but you pay for all of it😊
