West Haven is a premier rental near the heart of Simpsonville, SC and within driving distance to world-renowned Greenville, SC! Our rental is on the left side of a brand new duplex. Pets are welcome with a (assessed when booking). Guests may park in our spacious driveway, which has ample room for 2 cars.
Self-check in is easy with an individualized code for entry. Our living area, kitchen, and dining space are open and perfect for gathering together. The living space includes a comfortable couch, 2 accent chairs, a coffee table, and smart tv with Roku for your streaming services.
The dining space includes seating for 6 at our large table, with 4 chairs and a bench.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook a meal or bake. The coffee station includes a Keurig, and all our appliances are brand new! Off the kitchen is the laundry closet, with a brand new washer and dryer for your use.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the exterior walls.
The primary suite includes a king sized bed made with premium linens, good-sized closet and dresser, and an en-suite bathroom. We provide fluffy complimentary towels for your use. The bathroom has a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination. You will love the walk-in closet!
The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet.
The third bedroom has a full sized bed, dresser, and closet! This bedroom doubles as a designated work space, with a comfortable chair and desk.
The hall bathroom includes a large single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.
At the back of the home is our patio, which includes 2 outdoor chairs for you to enjoy.
