PET POLICY: The Pink Monkey Cottage is pet friendly! We allow (1) dog with a weight limit of 25 pounds with the $100 Pet Fee. We ask that you please keep pets off the furniture and use the pet protector provided to cover the sofa during your entire stay. *additional cleaning fees will be charged to the guest through AirBNB's resolution center if damage is caused to the furniture, or if additional pets are brought without permission. Failure to disclose pet will result in an automatic $200 Pet Fee. We are flexible and love dogs so please contact us for permission to have (1) additional pet (an additional $100 fee) and/or a higher weight limit (an additional $50).
BEACH PASS: (1) Oceanside Beach Pass is provided for our guests. Card is in a protective case complete with neck cord. (4) Turkish beach towels & 1 custom Pink Monkey straw beach tote are provided for your convenience. *additional fees of $75 will be charged to the guest through AirBNB's resolution center to replace any lost or stollen beach passes.
CLEANING: The Pink Monkey Cottage is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each check-out, using environmentally friendly and non-toxic cleaning products. Providing an impeccably clean space is our top priority!
