SPECTACULAR location, one short mile to world-class shopping and dining at Mercato and just minutes from Vanderbilt Beach! 'Endless Sunsets' is designed for stays over 30 days so it is equipped with everything you need to make it home over the cold winter months.
'Endless Sunsets' is an open and airy townhouse, featuring two large master bedrooms and loft. When you walk into the home, you will immediately notice the vaulted ceilings and spacious design.
The living room has an oversized cozy couch and two large arm chairs, perfect for reading or watching TV. The living room features an entertainment center and wet bar, which is unique to 'Endless Sunsets.' The TV is equipped with ROKU, so you can easily access all your favorite apps like Netflix. It also comes with local cable television. Store extra beverages in the mini-refrigerator and your wine in the wine rack.
Moving further into the house you will find a dining table that can seat 4 and 4 additional counter height stools for when you have guest.
If you need to get some work done while you are staying, you can utilize the desk and ergonomic chair tucked in under the stairs.
The center of the home, the kitchen, has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals. From a Keurig to a Ninja Blender, we have you covered. The best part is you can look up and see the beautiful palm trees while you prepare your food. Next to the full pantry, is where the full sized washer and dryer are located.
Down a small hallway is where the first master bedroom (Queen bed) is located. The bedroom features its own sliding door going directly to the large screened lanai. This bedroom is fully furnished with nightstands, large dresser and closet space. Directly across the hall from the bedroom, is the first full bathroom. This bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower, and double sink vanity.
Upstairs you'll find the second Master bedroom (Queen bed) with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is fully furnished with nightstands, full sized dresser and closet space. You will also find a private screened balcony and smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower and double sink vanity.
The open loft has one double and a twin bed, perfect for the kids/grandkids!
Every room in the house has a ceiling fan to keep everyone comfortable. Bring that special someone or the entire family; there is plenty of space for six.
You will have full access the entire home, except for two small closets which are reserved for the cleaning crew and owner. Enjoy a designated covered parking space directly across from where you will be staying. The clubhouse, pool and hot tub are also right across the street.
The HOA requires an application which includes sharing income information, (including a credit report and background check), providing references and a signed lease. There is a $150 application fee. We do not gain access to any of your financial information. This is strictly for HOA/Property Management only.
