The Space:
This home was designed for multifamily use. Rooms can sleep individuals, couples, families and kids. The large dining room table is perfect for holiday & gatherings. We provide a Pack n Play for the little ones in the family room downstairs.

You will have access to the entire house.

Goverment Hill neighborhood is just a few minutes north of Downtown and south of Historic Sam Houston, with access to both Broadway St & IH-35.
Getting Around:
There’s plenty of parking within the gates of the property. There are cameras on site for our protection and yours. Quick access to IH-35 and minutes from some great local eateries.
Other Things to Note:
Events are allowed, must be approved with a signed contract and security deposit. Be courteous of our neighbors. Quiet time after 11pm. Pets are allowed. Pet Fee is $75 per pet per stay.
Please do not strip the beds (this allows us to check them properly), place any used towels in the laundry baskets and we'll take care of washing and sanitizing them. All trash must be removed from inside the house & the fridge. Do not move the furniture.
House rules must be followed to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
