Waterfront Paradise!! This gorgeous home is located in the quiet community of Four Rivers in Palm City. Nestled on the St. Lucie Canal leading to Ocean Access via the St. Lucie River, allows this home to accommodate a boat up to 50 ft boat. (Canal Width 81-120ft). Perfect for fishing & crabbing trips. The only thing missing is you & your boat. The whole home has been Fully Furnished and decorated in a nautical theme.
All Stays Longer than 28 Days are required a Bi-weekly cleaning at the guest's personal expense during their stay. A Representative will be contacting you to schedule your cleaning for the duration of your stay. Failure to do so will result and an extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

GATHERINGS : Gatherings of more the maximum number of people allowed in this property at any given time is 6 people. Events and Parties of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
SWIMMING POOL AND POOL AREA
Persons shall shower before entering the pool.
NO GLASS of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
Only swimwear may be worn in the pool.
No persons who cannot swim will be allowed in the pool without supervision. No animals are allowed in the pool area.
The use of the pool area is for residents and guests only
GARBAGE COLLECTION
Please have your garbage packed into large plastic bags or container out in front of your home Monday and Thursday. Monday is also recycling day. All recyclables can be placed in one bin. All trash bins MUST be placed by the road before pickup and removed from curbside on day of schedule pickup. (We recommend that you place your bins out the night b
Please note that after booking this property, you are required to provide us with color copies of Government Issued Photos ID's for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are required and retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any person's with a SEXUAL FELONY CONVICTION will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
-100% refunds will be granted for cancelations requested in writing prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival date and a 50% refund prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill. Please note that any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Mgt. associated with your cancelation will be subtracted from your refund.
"On-Sight Payment Method' fees (4.25%) for reservations booked through HomeAway (VRBO) or Directly are not refundable. All refunds including any Security Damage Deposits will be issued by a check and mailed to your mailing address on file at no additional fee, or by request only, can be refunded back to the original credit card and will be subject 5% processing fee.

Found in the beautiful quiet small town of Palm City. Palm City is a charming small town but close to everything you could possibly need for your stay. Situated in a unique Florida lifestyle with everything from waterfront, country club, or country style of living. The location makes an idea spot on the edge of Stuart. Located 15-25 minutes from Downtown Stuart, Florida's Turnpike, or I-95. Less than 10-20 minutes from 3 Hospitals in Martin County. Just a short 5-10 Minute drive to some of delicious restaurants and a Publix grocery.

Complete with Custom stain glass entryway leads to a Large Open floor plan with vaulted cathedral ceilings. Bright natural lighting fills this home making this easy to entertain in with 2 large Living rooms. Large 6-person dining table allows the whole group to sit down for a wonderful meal prepared in the updated kitchen overlooking the water. When you're ready to relax sit out either in the sun poolside or under the covered screened-in patio. The Heated Screened-in Pool is the perfect temperature year-round for a swim or to lounge. And a Bonus outdoor deck with Gas Grill near the pool leading to the garage for easy access or to the dock. The River Palm house has the most spectacular views from the King Size bed in the Main Bedroom overlooking the water. (Don't believe me look at the window photo or come see it for yourself) I can't even do justice for the Main Bathroom. This is the most unique open bathroom with a Frosted glass shower with a spa tub and dual sink for two to easily get ready at once. The River Palm second bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed with their own bathroom. The third bedroom in the River Palm house has a Full-size bed and has a unique with built-in twin which has a hidden extra twin bed. The Two car garage has 2 extra fridges. One for extra food located next to the kitchen door and the other is for Bait & fishing needs. We have also equipped the home with a few fishing poles, crab traps, dart board, and more. If you'd like to take a wonderful bike ride through the neighborhood. We have 2 adult bicycles and 1 Adult Tricycle. You are welcome to use during your stay. Hope to be hosting you soon.
