Seapines 4/bed 3 bath Ranch style home--no stairs--located in a private Sea Pines community. Natural wooded views from 2 patios with nice outdoor furniture for relaxing and enjoying the natural setting all around you. On site community pool and tennis court are less than a quarter mile from the home. Also free clay court time at a near by private club. It's just 1 mile to the beautiful white sand beaches. Bikes are included and there is a large driveway for parking. South Beach, Salty Dog Café and Harbour Town are 1 mile bike ride away. The pictures say more than words.
Your family will enjoy cooking out and eating on the large patio adjacent to the kitchen, and eating at the large dining table together. Greenwood Forest is a wonderful neighborhood, with an on-site pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and a playground for the kids-all just a couple of blocks away.
