Our farmhouse is close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away you’ll see the stars at night and enjoy the peaceful quiet you’d expect in Colorado. Palmer Lake has many wonderful mom & pop restaurants, the lake and trails to explore all minutes from your doorstep. 15 minutes to the new Ford Amphitheater.
You’ll have access to the entire home upstairs and down as well as a one car garage and the entire acre yard.
5 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. Main Master has a king & twin over full futon. 2nd bedroom has twin over full futon. 3rd bedroom has queen over queen bunk beds. The alcove adjacent to the living area has more sleeping arrangements with 2 futon sleepers.
Downstairs is where the 4th & 5th bedrooms are. The 4th bedroom has a king bed and full futon. 5th bedroom has queen and full over twin bunkbed. There’s room for 25 people. The entire extended family can sleep comfortably here. The home boasts 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry rooms; plenty of space for everyone to spread out!
