The onsite dock provides direct access to the intracoastal to fish, kayak or paddleboard. Here, you may even catch an up-close glimpse of manatees or dolphins in their natural habitat! Load up the kayaks from the garage and use the onsite kayak launch or enjoy a heated pool. To visit the beach, load up the beach chairs provided in the garage and take a quick 3-minute walk to the beach.
This spacious condo features an open-concept living area and coastal modern furniture and smart TV's in each room. The living room offers a plush sofa with queen pullout and loveseat. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, and a dining table for six plus four bar stools. The oversized primary suite features a king bed, tons of natural light, blackout curtains, desk/workstation, reading nook, and ensuite bath with double vanity. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, twin bunk beds, closet storage, and blackout curtains. There is a private washer and dryer off the kitchen and an oversized balcony with peaceful mangrove views. Guests also enjoy rare parking for three vehicles (two garage, one outside). The garage has kayaks and a grill for guest use. This home is also pet friendly, allowing up to two dogs with prior approval and pet fee.

Pets must be leashed at all times while onsite and pets that cause excessive noise or disruption to other homeowner's or tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
