Summary: Room was so small we could barely squeeze by each other between the bed and the TV. At check-in I asked if we could get a bigger room and was told no. Room was dirty, Found dried dog poop back in corner by AC. Found gray hairs all over room. Pile of dead bugs in back corner near the dried dog poop. This was room 111, this room must have been an afterthought during design. Bathroom door was so big that you had to fully open door to get in or out of bathroom. Room smelled upon arrival. Spots on floor, carpet filthy, had to wear socks the whole time and they turned black. Only one chair in room. Chair was broken and would throw you out if not careful. Bathroom in disrepair, Shower handle almost to fall off. Tub so slippery I had to go to Walmart and buy a bathmat. Sink in bathroom was a slow drainer. When room was cleaned they did not re-supply the toilet paper, coffee, shampoo, or soap. There were unknown noises coming from the floor above. Constant noise, running, walking, dragging furniture around, don't really know. Even at 2:30 am there were noises. So far the only thing good about my stay there was the breakfast. Bed was comfortable, but I'm almost positive I will never stay there again.

Summary: While the rooms and lobby were clean and the breakfast set up worked perfectly for us the hotel allows pets and our room, including the bedding, smelled of dog. The area around the hotel is not nice as it looks over a rundown home.

Summary: We asked for clean towels every day and had to leave notes on the dirty towels to leave us more toilet paper and to take the garbage. We even set the trash right next to the dirty towels and they still didn't take the garbage. We have noticed that their clientele is not the greatest. A lot of Mexicans. There were two that came to breakfast every morning with blankets hanging on their shoulders. A woman came to breakfast with sweat pants and a bra on. They have Mexican receptionist at night so she can speak to the Mexicans that come in. The Mexicans stay around 3l days and are gone and then some more come. It's like they hide them for awhile and they leave and new ones come to be hidden. It just doesn't feel safe anymore. We will not stay there again.

Summary: Liked: Benjamin, the afternoon check-in person is very good at what he does. I found him friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about the area, and courteous. Area is convenient, clean and safe. Breakfast person is very good at keeping the area stocked and refreshed. She is friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Overall a very good stay.
