The living room provides extra sleeping space with a day bed/trundle bed (2 twin beds). The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils, induction stove, outdoor gas BBQ. There is a small office in case someone has to have a quiet place to check in to work. A/C, WiFi, Smart TV, Sonos sound system in living room and kitchen. The house has a stair free entrance. Two outdoor patios from where you can enjoy 360 degree views of the mountains and vineyards of the Wagner Creek Valley. We have a level 2 EV charger for EV vehicles. We are 12 minutes from the Ashland Plaza, Lithia Park and the OSF, 5 minutes to downtown Talent, close to many Rogue Valley Wineries and bike trails.Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
