Open concept first floor plan includes a large living room with, dining area and sliding doors to the back porch plus a well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar. To the right, off the main entertaining area, is a private master suite with king bed, flat screen tv, club chair and ottoman, dressing area with sink and full modern, updated bath with tub and shower. To the left, past the kitchen, the hallway opens to the sun room with flat screen tv, which also has access to the back patio and yard. The hallway has access to the rear entrance of the house and the outdoor shower, as well as a full modern bath inside adjacent to the laundry area. Up the stairs, you will find to the right, a twin bedroom with two twin beds, a spacious full bath, in the center, a sunny loft with comfortable seating and a pull out couch, and to the left a queen bedroom with a reading nook, flat screen tv and a newly renovated half bath ensuite.
The beautiful gardens allow for several areas for relaxation, barbecuing and dining. Relax on the porch or stretch out on a comfy lounge chair. The shed is full of beach chairs, beach toys, coolers and even a small beach size barbecue kettle grill. And, if you like to bike, there are 4 adult bikes and a child's bike, which saves you more than $600 per week compared to renting the bikes on island!
