This sophisticated one bedroom apartment is very comfortable and completely renovated in December 2019. It has ample free on street parking, and a fully equipped kitchen that is complete with all you need to cook and serve gourmet meals. The kitchen includes some ingredient basics and a Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle. The bedroom has a nice queen bed, dresser and large closet. The bathroom is fully stocked with plush towels and personal care products, and has a full sized tub/shower with grab bars. The space has unlimited high speed Google Fiber wifi, flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and is about 450 square feet. The unit is business ready. Very private, quiet, safe and secure location for travelers. The street, walkway and entrance are well lit at night, and your hosts live right next door.
