Perfect for travelers looking for easy travel access to the Columbia River Gorge while still nearby PDX neighborhoods!
Both bedrooms have new, ultra comfy mattresses, black out curtains, and plenty of storage and closet space for your things. Spacious bathroom with double vanity. Bonus office space with a comfortable work area and a futon for extra guests.
Laundry is located in the basement and is shared with our basement apartment tenant. Backyard is for guest use only and is not shared with the tenant.
Guests can park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. The front door has a keyless lock. Please be careful to not lock the door handle lock!
Please read the house rules before booking. Our policy is to only book with guests who have five-star reviews from previous hosts. If you do not have any reviews or your rating is less than five-stars, please send us an inquiry before booking.
Unfortunately, we can not host your furry or feathered friends at this house. If you dog is very tiny, we maybe able to make an exception. We cannot host cats due to owner allergies. If you are bringing a pet, please check out our pet friendly locations!
Please note that the property is shared with a tenant who lives in the basement apartment. The two spaces are fully separate and the yard is exclusively for your use. Although there is a layer of sound proofing between the upstairs and downstairs, you may occasionally hear some sound from downstairs.

6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either.
8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
