NOTE: There are TWO (2) parking spaces for small/medium cars. There is no parking in the driveway. There is NO overnight street parking in the Village of Scotia. If you are careful and meticulous, you could squeeze another small vehicle on the grassy area to the left of the parking area (we are hoping to add spaces in spring 2026)
1/14/2026: We are still setting up this property.
We gutted this house to the studs and fully remodeled her, including changing the floor plan. It has 4 bedrooms.
1st FLOOR:
The first floor is mostly the original 1899 wood flooring. There are high ceilings and dimmable recessed lighting in the kitchen, dining room and living room. There are a lot of windows which allow a flood of natural light.
There is a front hallway with coat rack leading to a large Living Room that will have a 3-cushioned couch and 3 separate cushioned chairs. We will have a Roku television in this room with sound bar.
From there is a very large Dining Room with lots of natural light, a table that seats 8, and a "buffet" piece of furniture that holds extra kitchen items.
Off of the dining room is the 1st Floor Bedroom. It has a day bed with trundle. Though it will be tight in the room, if you pull out the trundle and pop it up full height, it will effectively be a king bed. There is also a dresser, full length mirror, and closet with hangers and a "secret" door to the basement.
Off of the 1st Floor Bedroom is a spacious half bathroom which also has a door to the laundry room.
Also off of the dining room is the Chef's Kitchen with black stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with water and ice, electric oven, dishwasher); a large silgranite sink with garbage disposal; and lots of cabinets full of multiples of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware and everything you need to cook.
Off of the kitchen on one side is the other door to the laundry room and to the other side is a mud room with a door to the back parking area.
UPSTAIRS:
The Primary Bedroom is upstairs and will have a king bed and two night stands. It has a large closet, a dresser, and an attached bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.
There is also a Hall Bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Across from this bedroom is the Hall Bathroom. It has a shower/tub, 48" vanity with drawers and cabinet, and a separate toilet room.
At the end of the hallway is another room. It will be a bedroom/office which a full/queen bed and small desk.
