The living area painted a tranquil blue, features a flat screen smart TV, a leather sofa and two chairs, and a gorgeous view of Amelia Island's sandy shore and grassy dunes.
Opposite of the living area lies the bright and airy kitchen. Enjoy the picturesque view while cooking a meal in this bright open space finished off with white cabinetry and countertops along with a beautiful blue mosaic backsplash. A built-in bar area offers seating for four and is built off of the window so you don't have to miss a single second of the magnificent view.
Stepping through the glass slider, you can enjoy the spacious back deck which is truly the highlight of this coastal retreat. Partly covered by the balcony upstairs, you can sip your morning coffee in the shade at the outdoor seating area while watching wildlife such as the gopher tortoise burrowing in the sand dunes. The deck also offers an uncovered area which creates a great place to set up a small baby pool or bask in the warm sunlight before taking a dip in the salt water!
