This spacious 1900 square foot house is located on a 210' wide canal with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico along the north channel of the Gulf Harbors community in New Port Richey, FL. We often see Dolphins, Manatees, Tarpon, and other game fish behind our home.
We offer a large pool and hot tub (Pool & hot tub both can be heated for a fee and is ran by an automated system run by touch of a button). We have a 10' x 20' floating dock for you to utilize with your boat, or you can rent one nearby. From our dock you are less than 5 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. There is a boat ramp nearby if you choose to bring your own boat. Boat rental available on the north channel that will deliver a boat directly to the dock. Enjoy fishing, going to the the sand bar, restaurants on the water, and island hopping. Don't have a boat? Fishing from the dock is excellent as well.
In addition to numerous local restaurants, golf courses, stores, and attractions, we are only a few minutes away from Tarpon Springs, Tampa, and Clearwater Beach. Green Key Beach is a 5 minute car ride away that offers luxurious beautiful sun set views. Less than 3 miles away you can find charter boats and the SunCruz Casino Boat. Pontoon rentals, kayak rentals, and jet ski rentals are all close by. This home is located in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. It is perfect for walking, biking, and sunset strolls. FANTASTIC LOCATION!

The house has an open floorplan with the kitchen-dining-living room equipped with tall sliders - all three areas provide great views out onto the pool and the waterfront. The very spacious 18'x22' Master bedroom suite features a tranquil private sitting area and large sliders out to the roof-covered patio and pool deck. It contains a king size bed, along with a daybed with two twin mattresses. The very roomy 14'x15' second bedroom combines with the main bath as second master suite. Our home also has an oversized 2-car garage with an electric opener. A patio fence encloses the pool area to provide privacy while preserving your great views from the pool and the hot tub. Eureka palm trees line the side of the house, providing you with your own private oasis.
Pristine gorgeous all-natural barrier islands begin right off Gulf Harbors from Anclote Key stringing south to Honeymoon, Caladesi, Ft Desoto onward to the FL Keys, rated in the nation's top best beaches. Cotee & Anclote river mouths 15 minutes to north & south have waterfront restaurants with live music & mooring docks! Excellent fishing, diving, water sports, shelling, and island exploring are right outside your door when you rent this home.
